All digital sales are final once the client logs into the Ratiomesh Campus.
B2C High-Ticket Cohorts (Consultant & Titan Tiers)
Deposit: Non-refundable
Cooling-Off Period (UK): 14 days from booking, if cohort hasn’t started
Post-Start: No refunds after Day 1 of the program
B2B Enterprise Engagements
Retainers & Pilots: Non-refundable once scheduling confirmed or work starts
Payment Terms: Standard invoices due Net 15 unless otherwise stated; late payments may incur interest
