Enterprise Contracts Supersede
For B2B clients, separate MSAs or SOWs override these online terms in case of conflict.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ratiomesh IP includes methodology, CAGA protocols, audit templates, training materials, digital campus content.
License to Use: Non-exclusive, non-transferable for internal or professional use.
Prohibitions: No resale, repackaging, white-labeling, public distribution, or derivative competing works without Enterprise Licensing.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide timely access to personnel, documentation, and protocols. Ratiomesh is not liable for delays caused by client failures.
Limitation of Liability
Ratiomesh liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the past 12 months. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
